PLAYING IT SAFE @ THE PROS AND JOES
The PROs & JOEs Planning Committee is diligently working with Brookhaven Country Club to create a safe playing environment surrounding our 2023 event. Procedures adopted in 2021, we continue annually to ensure that we being safe for all golfers and guests.
Here are some details we will be adopting for this years event.
EVENT PROCEDURES
ADOPTED in 2021, THE 2023 will remain a LIMITED CONTACT & Cashless event
Players will be asked to check-in online; we will provide appropriate links.
We will have limited volunteers at the event.
We do not collect payments at the check-in table, everyone must prepay to play.
We strongly encourage you to buy your raffle tickets ahead of time to help keep contact as minimal during the event. We will have raffle tickets for purchase at the event, however, you will need your smart phone and you will buy them online.
Players will be responsible to get their clubs to their own carts.
Players will ride 2 golfers per cart equipped with special plastic dividers between golfers or for special circumstances we will be able to accommodate individual carts.
Lunch will be provided & golfers will be asked to eat at special socially distanced tables.
Raffle tickets will be purchased online and left in an envelope on the designated table for your pick. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN A RAFFLE PRIZE, but you do need to buy a ticket to have a chance to win! Winners will need to pick up prizes at Five Star Ford Dallas by Nov. 7th, 2023.
